No Feedback on Holding Deposit

We bought a vehicle from Citton Cars Gezina two weeks ago and I was required to pay a holding deposit of R3,000.00. I informed the sale consultant that I need the holding deposit refunded when the finance has gone through. The holding deposit was not included in the finance agreement which I am happy with by since then I had to enquire each and every day about the holding deposit refund which I have still not received. No feedback has been provided either on what is happening in this regard.
