Incorrect brake kits

I have done my car service and brakes in September 2019 at Bosch car service(Citton cars In Gezina). On the same date when I collected the vehicle the was fun noise from the brakes. I took my car the following date where I have highlighted the issue of brake pads rubbing to the disk. The reaction was machining the pads on corners which it never solved the problem completely. On the eleventh months the brake disk are having groves. When I ask about it the stupid service provider tells me about warrant has already elapsed it means I have pay for new parts.
