I was helped by Graeme. My overall experience was great, to be more exact, it was amazing. From day one, we got answers to every question we had. We were told what was a good car and what was not without feeling that we were forced into a specific car or type of car. The second time I was here, we have asked for advice again about two cars. We ended up not taking any of those two, due to the reason being Graeme listened to us and to our situation and remembered there is a car available that is not standing on floor. That made me feel that we as clients and as people are being noticed and listened too. We were told to go to the Menlyn branch to take a look at the car and every employee we encountered was more than willing to help us and make the right decision. Overall, great service. From both Gezina branch and menlyn branch. From all employees we got honest feedback about any questions we had. If 10 stars was an option, I would have chose 10 stars.
