I enquired through a third party and received feedback from Drikus almost immediately. He gave me all his details to get in touch with him and was always available to assist. Simon who handled the paper work mostly kept me up to date. I always knew what was happening and what I needed to do. I don't really know much about cars and trackers etc. But these two gentlemen made sure I was comfortable.
