Good experience turns bad!

This review is for Driekus and team at Menlyn branch: I was initially happy with the service. Driekus was easy to deal with and the process of buying my used car through him was very seamless and well coordinated. However - after-sales service from the whole team has been an absolute nightmare. It seems that their different departments do not communicate well. This leads to incorrect information being passed along to the customer. I’m so disappointed and would not recommend them or use the again.
