extremely poor service from Citton Cars Gezina

I recently purchased a car from Citton Cars Gezina.

The service I am receiving is poor, and well below what one would expect from a large well known car dealership.

The salesman neglected to inform me of certain defects on the car. I was not provided with a Dekra report which would have identified these defects.

The salesman kept insisting I have to sign the papers for the car during the week and dismissed my requests to do so on the weekend. The salesman also dismissed my request to get some sort of discount despite the fact that I was not trading in a vehicle.

On the day of collection while driving home on the highway from collecting the car, I got a low tyre warning. I pumped up the tyre but within a few days I got another low tyre warning. I took the car to get the tyres replaced, and because this is an all wheel drive car, and the other 3 tyres were about 50% worn, I had to replace all four tyres to avoid potential damage to the centre differential. After a few days I got another warning for a low tyre, so I took the wheel off and inspected it myself. The wheel was cracked and buckled on the inside edge. I had to get the wheels repaired as well.

The day after purchasing the car, I also got a low battery warning. I charged the battery overnight, but the next day I still got a low battery warning. I had to replace the battery.

Citton cars have said they will pay towards these expenses, but to-date, the amount of money they have offered would only cover the cost of the battery which is not acceptable. I am currently waiting for them to do the right thing for the customer. I will update the review when I get feedback.
