Deal gone sour

Terrible customer service! After agreeing in principle to sell me a vehicle, Citton cars decided that they could get a higher price from another customer, they then went ahead and bounced my deal. Why go through all the trouble of signing documents and doing all the paperwork and making your customer agree to amounts and trade-ins, etc. if you not going to sell to that customer anyway? Disguting service. Absolutely shocking that a business that claims to be a professional quality dealer could do something like this! It is appalling! I definitely would not recommend buying from Citton Cars. Ever!
