Citton Cars Service Department

Hi, Please note that I did write a review on Citton Cars last time, but now I want to talk about them and their Service Department. This morning I took my car for a service just for filter changes as well as the rattling when Idling "Like in previous complaint" to get fixed. They called me and told me that it can be the exhaust as they found the exhaust was not held with brackets but held with a piece of wire. I have a photo of where the Exhaust is held up with just a piece of wire. They did not want to take it of, as it is Citton Cars that sold me the car like this and Citton Cars Service Department that sold the car like this??? How can a car get through the Service Department with this piece of wire holding the exhaust in place? I expect this to be fixed by Citton Cars, or they can take the car and Give my money back. This car gave a lot of trouble in the beginning and now I see there are more things that I find wrong with the car.
