Citton Cars Gezina- waste of money, bad attitude and bad service

Bad attitude and bad service.

I took my car for a service and told Andre at the time that there was a noise on the breaks and fan belt. They serviced the car and made me pay for a break fluid flush and replace of the fan belt. Neither sound stopped. Took it back they said the fan belt was fine and that I need to pay to skim the breaks, but that the breaks themselves were fine. This was said by the technician in front of Andre. I paid to skim the disks. Still neither sound stopped. Phoned Andre back, who previously was reasonably friendly, now suddenly had a major attitude and told me that I need to replace the breaks. I explained that the technician, in my presence told him my breaks were fine. Andre told me I can go take the car to another dealer and get a quote if I don't like what he's saying and that he didn't inspect the car himself, he isn't a technician.

I regret ever taking my car to Citton Cars Gazina and will never, ever take it there again and would strongly, strongly advise anyone else to take your car anywhere else but Citton Cars Gazina. All they do is make you pay and pay and pay for things which are either not done right, aren't necessary or are improperly diagnosed.
