Citton CARS Gezina lost my vehicle.

Took an Opel Corsa in for repairs. Citton cars did more damage to the vehicle. As per the National Consumer Tribunal case no NCT/***(1)(b) the order was as follows: ORDER 36. Accordingly, the Tribunal makes the following order: 36.1 The Respondent contravened section 54(1) of the CPA; 36.2 The Respondent must release the vehicle in question, with registration number CCV957L, to the Applicant immediately; 36.3 The Applicant is not liable to pay the Respondent any fees for the repair, storage, or release of the vehicle; Now they lost the vehicle according to their attorney as well as service manager and could not return my vehicle as per the 3 judges' order. 24 Feb 2023 I report the matter to BOSCH South Africa, Sales Workshop Concepts and Services Africa - Sales and Consultancy (AA/SWS1-AF) but he requested the documentation and will provide feedback. After his so-called meeting, he just ignored my emails but I received a read receipt of every mail. The Service department does not have state-of-the-art technology as per the website, the Gezina branch can not even do a basic compression test and if they lose the consumer tribunal case they stole your vehicle and tell you they do not know what happened to the vehicle.
