Citton Cars Gezina/ Hyundai Eco Sport
I bought my car in December of 2021. After buying it I saw a few mistakes in the car and then took it back to Citton Cars Gezina. I told them that the car was not running fine and that they should please fix it. After leaving the car there for the day, they ordered a new window switch and a cable for my back seat. Two months later I have not yet received any phone call back regarding any of this. After they put the car on a Dyno test they told me there is nothing wrong with they car after I told them exactly what is wrong. "They told me the car has to sound like that". Once the car starts the car should never sound like that. Forward a few weeks, I drove the car, the same sounds persists, the cars fan goes on at any time, the 1st gear sticks, the car is leaking water. I have not received a spare key with my car, as I asked Citton Gezina to please get me one, they told me I must do it myself. I asked them after buying the car to please get me one and till this day I have not received one and have had NO response regarding anything.
This morning I took my car for a service just for filter changes as well as the rattling when Idling "Like in previous complaint" to get fixed.
They called me and told me that it can be the exhaust as they found the exhaust was not held with brackets but held with a piece of wire. I have a photo of where the Exhaust is held up with just a piece of wire. They did not want to take it of, as it is Citton Cars that sold me the car like this and Citton Cars Service Department that sold the car like this???
How can a car get through the Service Department with this piece of wire holding the exhaust in place? I expect this to be fixed by Citton Cars, or they can take the car and Give my money back. This car gave a lot of trouble in the beginning and now I see there are more things that I find wrong with the car.
