Cars in bad mechanical conditions

The dealership offers bad service. I bought the car there, I asked they fix the cracked windscreen of whic they refused, the brakes are finished they said they have checked they are fine, the gears aren't changing properly. Even if you take back the car for fixing . It stays a day. They'll return it and say they have checked everything is fine. Going back and forth has not help.
