BAD SERVICE
I bought a automatic Ford Fiesta ecoboost from Citton cars on 26/08/2021. Plus minus 16/09/2021 the engine light start coming on and the gears doesn't change properly. We contact Citton cars and they told us to take it to the nearest Bosch service centre.
We contact Witbank Bosch and they make a booking to take in the car on 23/09/2021.
They phone us back and the car is still slipping the gears and they suggest we take it back to the dealer.
We phoned Wesbank and wanted to withdraw the purchase and we also informed Citton cars we do not want this vehicle.
Citton cars asked for a chance to rectify the problem and to fix the car, so we gave them a chance and on My cost I tow the car back to them on 27/09/2021.
The car were there untill 07/10/2021, they phoned us to come and collect.
On the 04/10/2021 I received a sms that they claimed R10 000 on my motor warrenty and then there were still a R17984.00 outstanding, Citton cars paid this amount. My question is why must my warrenty pay for a damaged car sold to me?
We collect the car on 07/10/2021, after driving about 20km out of Pretoria, the car is doing the same, we had to take it back again and they kept it there.
On 13/10/2021 I received another sms that they again claimed R7320.04 on my motor warrenty. Again why must I pay for this on my warrenty, So this means they are selling malfunction cars and convinced the customer to take out motor warrenty so that they can fix the damages, that they were suppose to fix before selling a car on the customers motor warrenty.
On 19/10/2021 they said the car is ready, we collect, drive back to Middelburg and then the engine light comes on AGAIN 21.10.2021, gears start slipping again.
So I want a permanent solution now or they can take their car back and I will phone Wesbank to withdraw the deal.
