I honestly can’t thank this dealership enough for the way they handled our situation. After we were really messed around with our original car, they went out of their way to help us and make things right. Wian and Jacques were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. They organised a replacement vehicle for us, provided a courtesy car while everything was being sorted out, and were genuinely helpful, patient, and understanding from start to finish. What really stood out was how fair they were with pricing — they worked hard to keep the cost very close to what we had paid for our previous car, which we truly appreciated. Thanks to Wian and Jacques, a very stressful situation was handled with professionalism and care. It’s rare to find people who take real responsibility and truly look after their customers.
