Appalling service (Service Department)

I bought the car with citton cars sales team was great, however, their service department is on another level of bad service. I booked in the car at 8:00 am and waited all day long, I eventually called them at 15:30 pm to check when are they coming to pick me up and he only tells me at 15:30 that there are waiting on spares. On the second day picked up the car and a week later after washing the car I then checked my spare wheel only to find out that the locknut key is missing. Called the service department response I get is that no one has seen or has the key but it was there was taken to them. Will I take the car to the service, I have had it with this guy's bad service.
