After 42 days of purchasing my vehicle it is still in and out for repairs and oil leaks

I would like to take this opportunity to explain to you what hell I am going through dealing with Citton Cars.
I first went through to see the vehicle that I wanted to buy and that went very well everything as promised and that this vehicle is in a great condition and for it's km it is in even a better condition that one would think for its km which is 129000km for a bakkie that is almost new, after deciding to buy it I was told I can have the vehicle the next day and all should be sorted.
Everything went great and I was happy and because there was a delay in getting the car ready for me they actually added an extra on the vehicle at no extra charge to say sorry for the inconveniece. I was really happy with this as it was totally unexpected. They organized the vehicle to be delivered to me the next day. The sales rep asked me to please rate his and their services on Hello Peter which I am here to do now, only it's not the rating they were aiming for.
When I received the vehicle on Wednesday the 18th of January 2017 I was told to please take it to their nearest Bosch Service Centre so that the air con can be re-gassed as it was not working. When I was inspecting the vehicle before buying I explained that it's one of the main things I would like for to be working properly and I was told do not worry about it as Citton Bosch Service Centre will make sure it's all good as they do a full service on the vehicle before they hand it over to the new owner.

So the next day I went to Bosch Service Centre Hillfox asking to please re-gas the air con and bill it to Citton Service Center and they were willing to do so.
Now here is where my hell started.
On the morning of Thursday the 19th of January 2017 I took it to Hillfox Bosch Service Centre for the air con and the mechanic called me to show me why the air con did not work... it was not plugged in he also explained to me that just by looking at the engine area there is an oil leak at the bottom of the vehicle and there is oil spraying against the bonnet. He went on to explain that there is a cover that is not connected to 3 little pipes that will break off after a while if it is not fitted and that there is no arm that keeps the battery in place so the battery is sliding around. There are bolts on the side of the engine that are not connected. There is no belly cover either. I was really upset about this as they already delayed the delivery of the vehicle as there were issues with the brakes and they said the workshop was busy just checking things over... So clearly this did not happen. Took the vehicle back on that Thursday on my own time and fuel cost and got a courtesy car. I was told I might have it the next day or Monday at the latest. I was told the mechanic that initially worked on the vehicle was given a warning and that the service manager himself will over see the work that is done going forward.
So Friday came and went Monday came and went eventually on Tuesday afternoon I was told it is all sorted so I went through to collect the car and the mechanic explained to me what work he completed, whilst he was explaining I showed him that the battery arm is not fitted as I requested and the cover on the 3 little pipes is not the correct thing, he said that the thing that is connected on it is what was ordered from Toyota... I explained to him that there is something supposed to ***** into it and he just basically ignored what I said and continued explaining what he did but I took my vehicle with the hope everything is ok. The next day I wanted to take my vehicle in to make sure all is fine but unfortunately Hillfox was fully booked so I could only do so on the Thursday. I took it in and they said it will take about 2hrs to get checked and they will let me know when I can come through to collect. 20min later I get a call from them saying there are still a lot of oil leaks and whatever they put over the 3 little pipes won't help to prevent them from getting damaged.
So I called Citton Cars and explained to them that this is still an issue and I sent them an email explaining everything and why I think this is not acceptable. After a back and forth with them and trying to get hold of their boss, who seems to be out of the office all the time, whilst I was told he is not there I got interrupted by one of the managers saying that he was just in his office speaking to him. I took the car back on that Monday the 30th of January and was told I must speak and deal with the Citton Bosch Service Centre's manager himself so that we can get this sorted once and for all. So I got another courtesy car and was told I will have it back before that Friday the 3rd of February. Friday came and went and eventually I only got my vehicle back on the next Thursday the 9th of February saying that everything is sorted and that they changed basically everything that could leak oil. I took it in to Hillfox Bosch Service Center the next day and once again the guy came back saying I still have bad news for you and that is that its still leaking oil. I then called the Citton Bosch Service Centre Manager to explain to him that this is still an issue and he once again said that they will need to take it in and look at what is causing this issue. I got the vehicle back on the 17th of Feb as they brought it through to me and I continued working. Later that afternoon at about 18:15 I left the building and as I got to my vehicle I saw marks at the bottom of my vehicle and I tried calling Citton Bosch Service Center but there was no answer I then called the sales rep that I dealt with just to have this on record that I did call as soon as I saw this. Meaning I did not even get to drive it and I already saw the oil leak. I then continued driving the vehicle as I did not knowing if this was air con fluid or oil. I parked the vehicle at my place that night and then went on with my day half way through the day I started hearing a strange noise from the engine and I got a mechanic to take a look at this. This time the cambelt was not being regulated by the pin and that is stuck, the mechanic said that the regulator to control the slack and the stiffness of the belt is broken I will need to get a new one. Called bosch again the next day they sent through a mechanic and a driver saw again that there is an oil leak meaning this is going back again for the 4th time for an oil leak. I have been sitting without my vehicle now for a month and almost 2 weeks.
Through all of this I haven’t had one call from their management or owner to say sorry for this severe inconvenience, only from the sales rep and the Workshop Manager only after the 3rd time it went back and I complained again via email around this one of their managers called me, I tried calling them to speak to the owner was told he is not in the office and that he will maybe look into this on Monday and contact me. Once again I was told that every manager and his boss was told about this issue and that they have made some changes that this does not happen again... But clearly changes that were made were not enough as this is still happening to me.

So after 43 days I still have a vehicle that leaks oil and it will be in the workshop again for probably 2 weeks as it took them that long to try and fix an issue. I had it maybe for 6 days since I signed for it. Through all of this I also had to drive up and down for these issues from Johannesburg to Pretoria North, 108KM there and back meaning 432km because of their issue they cannot fix. the last two times they came to pick it up and deliver the courtesy car.
The worst of all is that their slogan read "Making memorable memories". Clearly this statement is true, but in my case is I will remember never to suggest anyone to use Citton cars or Citton Bosch Service Centre for anything... not for a service or to trade in a car or buy a new car. I really cannot think that someone that owns a business like this feels that you as the customer, who expects to buy a vehicle hassle free and stress free, should be happy with what is happening to me here...

I have tried to cancel the deal through my bank and by speaking to the ombudsman as well as the F&I at the dealership and the answer was the same all around that because Citton is still paying for the repairs I don't have grounds to cancel the deal. I haven't received any compensation except a refund for a check I did at another Bosch Service Centre in Hillfox to make sure there were no more faults, but this should not have been necessary as their service centre's work should be up to scratch. I actually physically went to Citton Carsto get an answer from the owner who told me that they are working on it and they are giving me a courtesy car and they are paying for the repairs on my vehicle. Please tell me how this is acceptable? There were no negotiations or efforts to come to a mutual agreement, just no.

So if there is someone out there that might be able to assist me or give me some advise on how to deal with this so that I can either cancel the deal or actually get some amicable results on the situation please leave a comment and I will contact you.

It’s short of a month of 5 years later that you came back to me around this.
I have made sure to tell every person I speak to, to not think of buying a car from Citton Cars or even glance your eyes at their dealership as there is a risk you lose your eye sight with how horrible they treat you . Please if you are reading this and even if you work for Citton Cars, do not buy a car from them as it’s months of pain and lies and their owner not being able to deal with you to manage any and I mean any kind of customer relationship.
My experience with you where so bad that for the last two years I have been scared to buy a new vehicle solely on the experience I had with Citton Cars fearing I will get a car and service as bad as I got from Citton Cars.
But,
I finally did buy a vehicle about a month ago and its treating me great, the service was great. Obviously not from Citton Cars because I can’t go through that type of pain again.
Please be sure I will continue to tell everyone. NOT to buy from you to save them and others from the horror show I had and be sure I will also continue to randomly tell people I meet or walk past to tell them the same thing.
I just want to mention the sales person who helped me was great and this wasn't any reflection on him. He did try and assist and resolve my issues. Unfortunately Citton Cars was the biggest issue.

Do you know how many times I was told the vehicle is now fixed? Not once was it fixed out of the 7 or 8 times I was told it is fixed.
Would you go back and think this time they would care for you and make sure everything goes smooth with their 5 star experience and best team? Sure its a second hand car it can have a issue or two, do you believe you can look at it and get it all resolved the first time with my experience?
If you read through my first message, I am sure you can also understand that even with a now good hellopeter rating, that what I went through will not in any way or form be good service or good customer relationship. I am sure you have a good team like I said the sales person I worked with did what he can. I am sure I will not be given a 5 star experience by Citton Cars as you promised and Citton Cars will surely be in my eyes and probably others the same rating I gave Citton Cars 5 years ago,
a 1 star experience dealership.
(PS. It's not possible to rate Citton Cars lower).
I will be a fool to go back and give Citton Cars another chance to prove me wrong.
I am sure you can understand my point of view.
But all and all I will spare us both the time here and continue to tell people to avoid Citton Cars and make sure who ever I know, work with, meet and give my opinion to, to tell them of my experience and to avoid Citton Cars.
Thank you
