A very disappointed customer

I recently bought a car(polo vw Tsi) from citton cars in Pretoria two weeks back, on way back home the car began to leak water the very same day of the purchase, I then told the dealership about the problem the same day, they said I must bring it to their service department and in 2 days after incident I went to the dealership and on my way there I had a break down for the very same problem (leaking water) and the car was towed to the dealership and I had to pay for the towing cause the insurance said it only gonna pay R700 And yesterday I received a call from the dealership telling me that I have to pay R46000 for the damage of the car before they give it back to me and the insurance will only cover R6000 I am very disappointed with the service I got from the dealership because the car had a problem the same day of the purchase and I did let them know in time about the problem, I can't pay for something on don't know about.
