40 000 km and Paintwork Starts to Peel of

So a few years ago, we've purchased a Foto Thunda from Citton Cars in Pretoria.<br> <br> I couldn't get my car to a Foton Dealer in due service time and therefore, my service was 1 200km late.<br> <br> My car was red flagged and taken out of Warranty.<br> About a month ago my engine ceased and had to be redone... on 40 00km... We quickly discovered that the engine was opened previously...<br> <br> Worst of all... The clear coat of paint has started to peel of and no one wants to accept responsibility for poor workmanship.<br> <br> They say because the car is out of Warranty, the paintwork won't be repaired. HOW DOES PAINTWORK AND SERVICE HAVE TO DO WITH ONE AND OTHER???!!!<br> <br>
