Vehicle registered with incorrect VIN Number

I bought a Citroen C4 at Citroen South in October 2014, the dealership closed down in 2013. In March 2015 the Bank financing my car called me to inform me that the VIN number on my car and what is on the disc licencing don't match, & i was told to go to Citroen Westrand so they could rectify the issue.<br> I took the car there, and the car I have been driving from 2012 only got registered now in 2015. I called my car insurer to update my details and they informed me that they will increase my premium. I then logged a query with Citroen customer care relations. I was assisted by Zanele, who has informed me that the warranty of this car starts in June 2012, but i only bought the car in October, when i questioned that, she said it is not their problem i should have read the contract & all they trying to do is help me, this a Citroen South problem but they've closed down.<br> Again today when i spoke to her about the Natis with the latest information on my car, she informed me that the Bank has not collected the Natis from the Dealership & that I should make means of trying to get it collected as this is my problem I'm the one who logged the call & she can't assist me until the Bank collects
