THEY CHARGED MY DAD *10K* TO REPLACE BRAKE PADS???

My dad took his car is to Citroen Centurion to have new break pads fitted and they charged him R10 000 to do the job, thing is my dad is somewhat elderly and doesn't know better but this is day light ******* and my dad has been taken advantage off. Unless of course my dad C4 Picasso 1.6HDI has carbon ceramic brakes and I'm an Idiot...but that's not the case. Can someone please arrest the ***** at citroen centurion and throw them into prison and give back my dads money.
