The Citroen promise shattered

Your "Citroen Serenity" is a hoax and you do not have a clue what "A personalised service you can enjoy" means. I have not received a license renewal reminder. I have been denied a courtesy car when booking a service. Your dedicated app displays "expired certificate" and when I try to login I get the message "service is temporary unavailable". I shudder to think what "roadside assistance" you can provide.
