Sales person ***********

I have been a loyal client of Citreon Rivonia for a year and have experienced varied customer service issues surrounding incompetence to bad attitude. I had recently dealt with a sales person in the sales department who promised to send me a quotation to verify my intended query on a set of front and rear wipers. I am still waiting for this quote and /or call. This purely indicates to me that Citroen has sufficient business and feels their clients should turn to other dealerships who would appreciate the client?le. Citroen step up and provide your clients with the service that they pay for!!!!!!
