Poor Service

<p> I have a problem with Citroen in Rivonia. What happened was my car (Citroen DS3 THP Sport 1.6) got stuck 2 weekends ago, I took it to Citroen on the Monday for them to assess the car and see what the problem is. They called me back and told me the problem is the water pump outlet and cylinder head which would cost me R5000. As the week progressed they told me they still fixing the car however they called me on Friday and told me that the engine is damaged and it will cost me R128000. How did they not discover that from the Monday I took my car in? and the problem is they suggested that I trade in the car and they going to give me another one but there is now a R75000 shortfall, which means whatever car I get R75000 is going to be added on the retail price. I just think all of this is weird and how can a car that’s sitting on 70000km have an entire engine damaged?</p>
