Incorrect licensing of car

A car was purchased from Citroen Fourways and the registration was done by them but stating the car is a C2 instead of a C1. This was 3 years ago and after several calls over this time period nothing has been done and in particular over the last 5 months I have been pressurising them to get it sorted out nothing has been done. Now they are claiming that it actually wasnt there fault because they took over Citroen South Africa from AMH and they should be the one that should take up the responsibility of sorting out the problem. In the past 5 months I have spoken to just about everybody that should be able to do something about it and they have now given the papers to some person who has just dropped them off at the registration office and the response isthat it will be sorted out over the next week or two. This is the same answer I received in October last year.<br> <br> I feel justified in asking them to reimburse me what I am out of pocket on a monthly basis but they just change to the blame game. <br> <br> I urge anybody that wants to purchase a car from Citroen/Peugot to check all papers very carefully in order to prevent this as they don't check there work.
