Extremely impressed with Citroen

Day before yesterday the wheel of my daughters car popped out and I had to have the car towed to my house. Yesterday I called Citroen and told them about the incident in light of my having just repaired the vehicle with them in November. I spoke to the manager Christo who was courteous and kind on the phone. He listened to my query and said he would call me back after investigating. He called me back a few minutes later and organised for a mechanic to come to my home to assess the damage. Maxwell the mechanic came out the same day to assess the damage. He said he will be back the next day to take the car to the Citroen workshop. He was back the next day (today) and took the car in. At 16:30 he informed me that the car was ready to pick up. I picked up the car but the best thing was that I didn't have to pay a cent. I really appreciate the service I received from Citroen but mostl from Christo and Maxwell. It's been a trying month and it was great for something good to happen this month.Maxwell was a very pleasant, friendly and efficient person and represented his brand well. Thanks you so much Citroen Ruimsig! Really appreciate it!
