Desperate Enough to Keep Useless Manager

Everytime I go to this branch I remember why I sold my Citroen and why I tell everyone not to buy one! Because Lance Ritchie is a seriously challenged individual! I'm sure that he must have a MBA or something of similar value because I don't see any other reason why Citroen would keep him! He's rude and arrogant, never willing to assist!!! He goes out of his way to make their problems yours! They still have parts of mine from years ago that they've lost, and now also they're not too sure where the proof of payment is. So when I'm in the country again I will make time and stop by the bank to get proof of payment because you're too useless to run a branch efficiently and keep your customers happy!!!
