Delivery of spares

My vehicle was in a collission and the driver mirror was **********. On the 6th of June 2017 the part was ordered and paid for and a estimated date of 12 to 17 days were promised. Upon enquiry 3 weeks ago We were informed that Citroen France has invoiced the part but could not tell me where the part was. Apparrently they had a computer glitch and some parts were sent but nobody knows which parts. After dealing with Citroen Customer support on a daily basis for the last few days (it is now 17 July 2017) (More than a month later and I am informed that the parts manager is looking into the matter. That is the daily answer. I was returning from a month leave when the accident happened and I had to arrange accommodation for another month being away from home and work. (Who can afford to be absent from work for 2 months and it may even be another month as Citroen cannot even tell me if the part has left France so I cannot even make plans for my return home. If they now discover that my mirror has not been shipped it will take another 15 days for it to arrive and then only can the panel beater complete my vehicle. The only outstanding repairs on my vehicle is to pain and fit the mirror, but nobody can tell me when this is going to happen.
