Damaged Clutch

In October 2014 I purchased a second hand vehicle from Citroen Tygervalley. Three months down the line the clutch packs up and I am unable to drive the car. I informed the dealership of this they advised me I have to bring the car in and charge me for diagnostics. I then advised them of the consumer law and that there is a 6month warranty. The dealer princple agreed to take the car. The repair department has confirmed the clutch packed up and now the dealership is unwilling to repair this regardless of the consumer act. I am now without a car and nobody is willing to have this sort irrespective of the law and charges of such an offence. I hope the CEO sees this complaint as im sure he would be disappointed in the way this was handled. Zero customer service from the salesman. I am highly disappointed in the dealer principle Phillipe who has been nothing but sarcastic in his email to me.
