Citroen SA takes more than 2 weeks to deliver part

I am extremely troubled by the lack of care expressed by Citroen in ressolving my problem with parts outstanding on my vehicle repair.<br> I have been waiting for 2 weeks for Citroen to supply a side mirror for my DS-5. <br> Without any explanation besides a non-sympathetic: \we have just moved warehouses and have informed all customers of delays". This I find unprofessional not on the part of the consultant but the company as a whole. With prior knowledge of the industry and how they have an annual shutdown over December"
