Car breaks down again same day it's collected

I have the Citroen DS5 that has been a major disappointment. On Wed 8/10/2015 my car breaks down on highway looses power and has engine fault. After waiting for over 3 hours with my kids finally towed to Citroen Rivonia. I call Thursday I'm told the issue is some parts that were recalled so I ask why wasn't I informed do I first have to have an accident first. I'm told there are too many cars for them to do recall unless car comes in. Friday I go in to collect my car as I am driving home hardly 4 km the car breaks down in the exact same manner!! I could not believe it call Citroen and eventually car is collected and is back at Citroen.This just shows the level of incompetence at Citroen. It's worrying because one gets the feeling that even the mechanics over there have no clue as to what they are doing. A car can have its issues but the worst part is the customer service that Citroen gives it just keeps getting worse. My advice to anyone do not get involved with Citroen at all. I'm not sure when I shall be getting my car back and if it will be safe to drive. I'm no longer comfortable driving the car as it stands and just want to get rid of it.
