BAD SERVICE BY CITROEN RICHARD'S BAY

Bad services I have send someone to Citroen to buy brakes pad for me but He was told that they are about to have a braai therefore they cannot help him .I found this so unprofessional and unfair because they know I cannot get brakes pad for Citroen car from any where except from them.There was no notice that they will close for braai today.

This is not for the first time they broke my car in March just after servicing my car it started showing signs that everything is faulty .They told me to pay a diagnostic fee which I paid but they failed to diagnose the car.they broke my car on purpose because they wanted me to tradein with my car . On top of that I m having a problem with the aircon and I cannot find a service provider to refill gas in the aircon because the fittings in car are unique .when I ask them ,they refered me to a service provider who does not have my car's fittings.They are so useless and full of nonsense.I will never recommend Citroen to anyone
