Bad Service

Early this year I took my mother-in-law's car to Citroen Hatfield Pretoria branch for service. I requested that the parts removed be placed back in the car, which they did. The car was however not washed, was returned to me dirty. Fortunately, I have dealt with different dealer companies before, who gave me excellent service. I have never received my car after service dirty. This was my first horrible experience.

I contacted the Manager who promised to act and promised to provide me with feedback. He assured me that, though he was new in the Company, only two months in the branch, but will act on this as it was totally unacceptable.

I'm yet to hear from him as I gave him my details. Its more that two months now.
