Unhappy resident- Poor quality

Unhappy with the development.
Unhappy with the home I purchased. Not the home I expected doesn't meet bare minimum standards. Basic home finishes like tiling. (Half cuts in between the same room, different shades or colours). To say the least I'm very disappointed!
It is a nightmare to deal with them. Instead of resolving the problem becomes bigger.
