I am a new homeowner who is soo disappointed with the quality of house I bought. Been in the house and everyday there's a new surprise. Cracks, poor paint quality, walls not smoothly plastered, ceiling falling apart. It's a mess that I myself can note even though I don't know anything about construction. Plumbing, even their electricity is a problem.

The cost compared to close Estates . Theirs is quite costly.
