Cito's Welkom terrible horrible service

Previously I called and spoke to a very respectful man about printing, he then told me to send him the picture of what I want, I did that and he said I can come any time. Today I go there and meet a very rude and arrogant white man who seemed to be off when he saw me. I tell him that I spoke to someone about printing and then he starts to be rude telling me I must give him a number. So I'm confused as to what number, that's when he got worse and shout my number. I took a deep breath because I was confused as to who is he talking to. when I am finally composed and start to give my number he stares at me and shakes his heard in a very condescending manner. That's when I left. When I get home I try to speak to the person I spoke to yesterday, to my surprise it's the same man, then I ask what was his problem. Then he tell me what he wanted from me. Then I tell him that he could've done that in a nice way not the rude way. He decided to reply to me with a thumbs up. I'm guessing if I was white all would've been good. He didn't even try to apologize.
