Unprofessional conduct

The above company when they moved our furniture, was very abrupt and did not move our things over 2 days as planned but moved us on the one day, taking my things from my flat to store for me and bringing other furniture from a house we were in for six months across, they damaged my our furniture during the process both my furniture and my wifes, then when our things were in storage we were not allowed access to see that all had been moved safely even when they moved our furniture across from one storage unit to another I was not present, I did make arrangements to be there but the gentleman moved my things earlier. I discovered after I managed to eventually get my goods back to my flat that the contents in 2 chests that were in the possession of this company had been tampered with and items that my late father had given me had been removed from the chests. These items included a zx spectrum computer, Hornby oo train set and other trains and accessories as well.
