Unhappy Tenent

I live in a flat called HighRise its on Primrose terrace in berea JHB, the reason to specify is that people throw things over and some break my windows, i reported this to ********** on the 15th May, i called 011 712 000 everyday , i logged aa complain on their webite http://www.citiq.co.za/cpsBeta/, i was give a name Rita to lieise with she sent a person only on the 8th June without checking if i was even home , they left and didnt come back, i asked for a supervisor i was given Thapelo Magoele ********** ********** 936, we had a huge disagreement and he told me he can 'deal' with tenents, now i dont know what that means but i have not been delt with till today my window is not fixed. please help
