threatening clients with services cutoffs

This company has the worst n unproffesional clerks or administrators. Their attitude is sickening. If you ask for the managers ,they dont xfer the call but will argue n frustrate your n threaten you. It seems no one is senior to these ppl, they run the show. My flat has no caretaker nor security but the we r billed for that.water billing is high than our monthly prepaid electricity. All they know is just cutoff services without notice.
