Payback my deposit

To say i am angry would be an understatement. On the 23rd of Apr 15 I sent completed forms for my 1 mnth notice to move out of the flat i was renting out through Citiq. Sifiso Tshuma confirmed receipt of the form and that all is order the same day. On the 30th of May i moved out. On the 3rd of June i called little miss rude Sifiso, to enquire when my deposit would be paid out. She tells me that she doesnt have my move out forms and instructs me to send the forms AGAIN. Annoyed by her tone of voice and unprofessionalism i ask her what she did with my email of April because she confirmed receipt of the email and that the form was in order.She rudely interupts me whilst i am speaking and asks me if \what she is telling me to do difficult"? I got even more annoyed and mad this time and eventually i resent the email and expressed my dissatisfaction at the same time. he told me inspection would be carried out by the end of the week of June 3 and it would take 21 working days to pay my refund. On the 21st working day i sent her an email requesting for proof of pmt"
