No deposit refund since moving out 6 months ago

I moved out of one of their flats in Brakpan Deeneoord end of September 2018. i Have not received my despot until today. They said a guy was going to do an inspection on the property but no feedback was ever given. I have been emailing after that to follow up but no reply. When i call the guy who deals with deposits is supposedly out of office.
