NEVER rent any property from Citriq Property

I have over 8months renting a stand alone Townhouse in Brakpan owned by Citriq property which is based in Braamfontein.

A week ago a pamphlet was dropped by my door indicating that units that look like mine are being sold. I automatically thought it was other units. 5 days later to my surprise I notice that my house is being shown to a group of individuals from the outside, and I immediately ask the sales rep which of the houses are being sold and one of them is MINE.

This really came as a shock as Citriq has failed to inform me that the property i am currently living in with my family is being sold. Do you imagine that should I have not bumped into the sales person showing off the place i call home, till today I would not be aware of this situation and was worse of all once they have sold the house I was going to be homeless due to their lack to communicate.

I am extremely angry as now i need to desperately look for a new place to live in before I am instructed WITHOUT NOTICE to pack up my stuff and leave. I pay my rent before time and in full, literally the least they could of done is inform me same way they are always able to get ahold of me.

I WILL NEVER BUY/RENT/RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY COMPANY TO ANYONE EVER IN MY LIFE.

I am beyond angry and disappointed too how they can treat their clients like this.
