Mapule Sepati rude and insulting Receptionist

<p>We got to the Citiq Properties offices in Braamfontein to get our fingers prints taken for our new apartment we moving into which is managed by Citiq. The Receptionist started shouting at us about why we pressed the ringer next to the entrance. As though that was enough started telling us that our Identity Documents features are different from our real life features saying we not using our correct Identity Documents, which is not true. Even saying I look older on my passport picture. Then she became dismissive, lucky enough Themba who had to help us with the finger prints was helpful and we managed to get help, but really felt degraded by the attitude and demeaning words we got from Mapule Sepati. I'm begging for Citiq Property to really do something about this woman.</p>
