I've never met such dishonest business people!

I paid a deposit to stay in one of their student accommodations (Mill Junction) in January 2019, moved out after 3 days and I am still fighting to get my refund.

Firstly, the pictures on their website are definitely not what is in real life, which is exactly what made me move out. Upon my arrival at this place, I found that the whole residence had not yet been cleaned; I'm talking filthy bathrooms and dirty clothes and blankets belonging to a male in the closet I was meant to put my things in.

Besides my concerns for safety and all the other things that were not going well in that place, I had an issue with the unprofessional-ism. I then decided to move out and was told that I'd receive half of my initial payment as a refund. I have since not received a single cent. I have been calling and I keep getting told to wait for their phone calls that obviously never come through.

I am sick and tired of running after them for MY money and I will soon be taking legal action.
