Dishonest Billing and Very bad Attitude.

Only been renting with Citiq Properties for 2months. Received a statement for the month of JUNE and we only moved in JULY. No water readings can be provided and they are dishonest about water, refuse removal and sewerage charges! Jackie de Kock is an absent agent and have no interest in helping tenants! Justin Faver is rude and ***********.

Would not prefer this agency to anyone! Unfortunately I signed a year contract, will definitely think twice next time. Almost two months now and neither Jackie nor Justin has provided me with the necessary information. Took me half and hour to get half of the things sorted when I spoke to Brandon.(Only one doing his job and willing to help!)
