Citi Q properties are *****s

When ever you looking for a new place to stay. Do not feel with Citi Q properties. They are unprofessional and they're cheats, they will RIP you off and not pay back your deposit. I stayed at one of their properties for a fee months and like any other tenant I paid my rent in time because I knew how much I was suppose to pay because my electricity bill was the same seeing that I spent the same hours and home and at work nothing changed I stayed alone paying an average of R450 PM for electricity. All of a sudden they started increasing my electricity bill and ended up paying +R1400 PM for just electricity and when I complain they never really do anything but blame other departments and still insist that I pay them and that I did. Even after moving out they still continue to charge me ridiculous amounts so that they wont have to pay my my deposit back. This has been a trend seeing that that complex is half empty people are moving out because of the same reasons as I did. So i edge people not to deal with these people as they are ******* and unprofessional. I have a thread of emails to prove it. The do not respond to calls and emails half the time and when they do they not really much help they only after money from their clients.
