BAD SERVICE AND BAD BEHAVIOUR

I MOVED IN THEIR FLAT in april 2015. there are some repairs tht needs to be done,i notified the agency about them even the ticksheet was emailed back to them,i phone every week and they keep promising tht they will send some-one but up until today no-one came,its been a month olredy and im frustrated abt this agency
