Whole industry should be sent to jail.......................
Rebates to landlords and fixed tarrifs at almost R4 a unit.. This whole industry should be closed down.. bunch of *******, *****ing off basic human necessities..

As per our telephone conversation, tariffs are set based on what the landlord is charged by their municipality or Eskom. Your tariff is currently in line with the Ethekwini Municipality tariff rate and no additional fees are added except for our service fee. As discussed, you can save on the channel fee by buying your tokens through our tenant app.
