Useless and pathetic!

Everything I want to say has been already said, just read the latest reviews below. Absolutely pathetic service from them. I enquired 2 months ago about the rol***** tokens and was told “not to panic”. I have tried to contact them continuously the last few days, both via WhatsApp and landline. The WhatsApp channel sends back a generic message explaining how to enter the rol***** tokens….what f….n tokens? I have been buying small amounts of electricity everyday and have still not received tokens. Tomorrow is supposedly D day!
