Their watsapp service is terrible

Their watsapp service is terrible. I called them to add a new building as a landlord. They added it but needed my COJ statement to add my banking details on the building profile. Sent it and followed up twice but still not done. No feedback on watsapp service. A landlord is just another number to them. Need to try other service providers
