The worst prepaid meter suppliers in SA

I'm shocked at the growing number of complaints against CitiQ. (a) Their prepaid electricity rates are the highest in SA (b) they fail to provide accurate monthly statements (c) their call centre does not respond to queries (d) when you call their helpline at the Waterfront (the most expensive office space in Cape Town) the phone line keeps breaking up (conveniently) and (e) their CEO remains faceless and anonymous.
